Renters Agreement

I understand that Tipton’s Cabin Rental’s LLC (the “Cabins”) has developed and will develop certain rules related to the Cabins for the benefit of all of its guests and that as a guest of the Cabins, I will be subject to those rules. I hereby specifically agree to comply with and abide by all of the rules of the Cabins, including without limitation those listed below, while staying at the Cabins:

1. Absolutely no pets are allowed on the premises;
2. No drunken behavior or disorderly conduct;
3. No loud music;
4. No smoking inside the Cabins this includes vaping & E-cigs.
5. No lewd or obnoxious behavior.
6. No feeding or hunting of wildlife.
7. No Fireworks
8. No Fire Pits or Campfires of any kind
9. No Hunting or Firearms target practice

I also agree to the following:

1. to discontinue, immediately upon request by management of the Cabins, any activity or conduct which the management of the Cabins determines to be harmful or potentially harmful to the Cabins or disruptive to other guests of the Cabins;
2. to take full responsibility for any guest staying with me or visiting me at the Cabins, including without limitations, being responsible for any violation by such guests of the above rules; and
3. to be responsible for any broken objects, missing or damage to the Cabins during my stay at the Cabins.

I understand and agree that all guests /visitors staying with me or visiting me at the Cabins must be registered with the management of the Cabins. I also understand that having any occupant of the Cabins in excess of two (2) people will result in the rental rate for the Cabins increasing by $10.00 per night per additional person. I also understand that there are NO abbreviated rentals & all renters in a party will pay for the entire rental period. Visitors are not allowed, paying renter’s only.

Management of the Cabins will not be held responsible or liable for any accidents or injuries to guests or loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.

Finally, I understand and agree that any violations of (1) the above rules related to the Cabins (2) or this agreement will terminate this agreement and that I will be asked to leave the premises and I will not be entitled to have any money refunded to me. In addition, I acknowledge that no monies will be refunded for early departures. I understand that there will No Refunds for cancelling a reservation inside 60 days prior to arrival. I also understand that there will be one (1) nights rent forfeited for cancelling a reservation before 60 days prior to arrival.
